Jimbaran is located literally south of Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport. To go to Jimbaran will take you around 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes drive from Kuta via Bypass Ngurah Rai. The place is famous for its seafood and magnificent sunset. The procedure is you choose fresh snappers, squids, prawns, or even lobsters that are available at the fish stall out front (before you come inside the restaurants) and then they will measure the weight and cook it the way you want, grilled or fried, spicy or not. The price is pretty reasonable.. for the grilled lobster we ate, it cost us around US$80/portion but it is already in the package with rice, fried calamari, vegetables, snacks, 2 glasses of wine, and a grilled fish. While dining, a group of street singers will sing various songs and you can also request for songs. So romantic!
